• Student application details: school, program, expected graduation, and PDF proof of current enrollment. You may redact grades, student IDs, addresses, and unrelated information.
• Enrollment PDFs are stored privately and processed by our storage and malware-scanning provider, AWS. Within Casehuddle, document access is restricted to super admins for application review.
• Usage data to improve platform stability and safety.
• Content you submit, excluding client identifiers.

• Verify professional credentials or student enrollment and maintain account security.
• Operate and improve communities, moderation, and safety tools.
• Respond to support requests and compliance inquiries.

Casehuddle, LLC uses encryption, access controls, and monitoring to protect platform data. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.
